I bought and apex account and account is already banned

Can any of dev help me i bought an account which contains a heirloom. After i bought i couldnt play with it it said avcount has been banned.  How can i rescue this account that i dont know why its b...

    I don't think one can appeal to TOS in this situation, when the act of buying or selling an account itself is against TOS.  You made a very bad bargain, I'm afraid.

@Mind-F-_Fenyx hello mate, no one here in the forum can help with that.
for bans, you have to contact the TOS team and appeal the ban but it's not guaranteed so my best advice is to try to get your money back.

Isnt there any chance to get this acc back or any way to contact an dev or support directly. Cuz they guy who i bought this acc is not gonna give back my money
