I don't think one can appeal to TOS in this situation, when the act of buying or selling an account itself is against TOS. You made a very bad bargain, I'm afraid.
Isnt there any chance to get this acc back or any way to contact an dev or support directly. Cuz they guy who i bought this acc is not gonna give back my money

Valuable lesson learned.
Don't buy accounts, its against Terms of service, and yha you get scammed.

I know i did the wrong thing but will they give a sec chance?

The selling and purchasing of accounts is against the Terms of Use. We are not able to assist in these type of requests.
