@Alphabets I hardly use the Q anymore either because if you know enough about the enemy's position to actually hit them with it, then why use it? All it does is give away your own position, and now that it doesn't flash or damage, it doesn't cause any kind of panic that it was useful for before.
The only time it's worth using the Q is when you know exactly where someone is and know exactly when they're using an ability.
At least in arenas, it's been difficult to hit more than one player on a team with it consistently, which doesn't help much. Seer is worse than Bloodhound now, at least in my experience.
