@AlphabetsHe is still broken af. Everything about him is op, from his passive to his scan. He is not meant to be a bloodhound, where you can scan the enemies no matter what they're doing. You should scan enemies with seer when you know where they are and what they're doing, like healing, reviving or chilling behind cover, this way i guarantee it you will hit it 99%. Even if you don't hit it your team can beam em while they get out of cover.
- hayhor4 years agoHero@Alphabets These guys are right. His tactical isnt meant to be a bloodhound scan. You have a passive and an ultimate that you can use to indicate where enemies are. The strength of the tactical is stopping things through walls and mountains. The ultimate 3rd party.
- 4 years ago@hayhor Well you are saying the strength of his tactical is to stop revive/healings throw mountains, how is that a useful thing? When you can’t be sure what are you hitting and when people are easily escaping it? What is the point of stopping a cell two buildings away? Even if that happens it’s just based on luck, because passive won’t let you know who is doing what, you might just hit a downed guy

@AlphabetsThe mountains thing is sarcasm for how far he can do it. Seer now takes tactics to use his tactical. As you say, spamming it from 3 houses over probably doesnt help your team mush but if you use it as you push or to hold people back while your team is healing it is still good. This is the issue with making a character ridiculous due to their abilities. People get stuck on them. It is like the people that throw caustic barrels at people complaining about gas damage nerfs.
