@pandareno1999 I don't know how are you playing but I really struggle hitting targets, to the point that I kinda stopped using tactical and focused on passive and ultimate

I still think that the key to nerfing Seer's tactical is to nerf his passive. Without the passive, it's hard to pinpoint the enemies' location behind a wall. When you get that all yellow circle from the passive, you'll absolutely hit that enemy with the scan. As I've said before, make the passive like Valk's passive. Have a meter so that he can't use it 24/7.
