I can't play because Party member preprocessing

I have had this issues for six months I stopped playing because I didn't know how to fix it it keeps saying "party member preprocessing" BUT AM NOT EVEN IN A PARTY! So am just stuck in the main scree...

For 4 days I can’t play Apex Legends because there is a error” Unable to connect to EA servers” and sometimes i change servers and get lucky and get in the game. But then it keeps saying” Party Member Preprocessing”. Because of this problem ı can’t play apex for 4 days.
