I didn't receive my battle pass upgrade bonuses

I recently upgraded my battle pass from premium to ultimate and i didn't receive my upgrade bonuses (1,200 materials, and 8 packs).

I've tried to play games and I restart my game multiple times to refresh my account but nothing has changed.

Does anyone know what to do?
