I dont want to play ranked rumble seaon 21

So I made it to diamond before Rumble started and I was expecting to get matched with other Diamond players like the description stated but all my games have triple stack Preds. So I guess that was lie, whatever, it’s not like regular Ranked had fixed matchmaking either. But then I started thinking, if there is no consequence to losing then what is the point of Ranked? It’s just pubs with a leaderboard. I finished my 10 games and it tells me I can use Legend Tokens to play 10 games again OR I can just play Ranked Rumble but not gain any points. So now I’m playing against people who are trying to gain points meanwhile my games essentially do not matter and I can just play however I want. I can ruin games for my randoms and I don’t face any in-game consequences. Why is that possible? Not to mention all the people with smurf accounts can play low rank lobbies and are stuck in lower rank lobbies, free to farm the entire lobby, because that’s just how Rumble works. Like what is the point of this game mode? I can only imagine it’s for the people who grind to a certain rank and then quit playing the game. Now they have a reason to continue grinding without the fear of losing their rank for the season. But I’ve been reading on the sub that the game mode is bugged and people ARE losing their rank.
