Solved

I keep moving forward even after releasing the W key.

i fall of cliffs...climb on to the supply bins....looting is kinda difficult,because i just run past them...does this happen to anybody else or is it just lag on my side??

Try remapping your keys and then restore them to default

Make sure your W key isn't sticking to the circuitry.
Try releasing it from your keyboard and cleaning it.

  As in change the W to P start a training session and see if it still happens

    yeah i changed the keyboard and it works perfectly...i guess i was being stupid ...thanks for the help tho
