After he told me that he can not refund me my apex coins I aksed is there nothing else I can do and he sent me here

@NJOBE17 Funny that support always send people here to ask but a mod will send you back to support. My suggestion is just to look for other refund threads and you'll see what the usual response will be. They don't give refunds.

    Meh, Policy Smolicy...
    Do some actual work and give the guy a trade for Pete's sake, You could use the good PR from customer service at this point jeez!
    These companies wonder why noone likes them and they get a bad rap. They are beurocracy, capitalist machines not people it's the problem!
    People often do the right thing just because it's the right thing to do. Companies make policies so they can keep the money and ignore the realities of "doing the right thing"!
