My site falls under the category of "fan site" or "free-to-enter league site" which is in accordance with the rules. You see, I actually read the rules before making my appeal, so I would know what I was talking about. You know, as opposed to just making new, contradictory things up as I go along. I'm not selling anything. There aren't even ads on my site. There is no monetary incentive here. It is a site for people who play Apex Legends. This is a fan site.

Literally the first thing I did before bumping this thread. The community manager did not respond to my message despite being active on the forums in the interim.

You've contradicted yourself multiple times in a vain effort to be right about something in which you have zero stake. Please stop.

I don't have a story. I'm simply trying to answer your questions to the best of my ability. Your story, however, is that you have an "LFG tool" which you would like to promote in a post which has been censored by a CM. Now you're calling it a "fan-site". Presumably, after having finally looked-up the rules. Now that's a change of story.

I cannot really comment on your personal communications with the CM, although, I know they are very busy but always strive to answer as quickly as possible within their remit. It's really none of my business though, as I'm only a forum poster trying to give answers.

The information you can find on a stats website is publicly available. You can sign-up to stats websites if you want to but it isn't necessary to sign-up or provide your email for the website to work. Your "LFG tool" required an email sign-up in order to make it work and access the information. That's what the CM said they didn't like about your post. Because they are probably particularly wary of products being advertised on their forums which could possibly make forums users vulnerable by disclosing personal information such as email addresses. So they simply don't allow these sorts of things on the forums at all.
