Hello, I’ve seem to have logged onto apex after a while and it seems to be on a lower level account my old (ps4account) and not my main account (Xbox) with all my cosmetics ect,
can anyone give me a contact email or anything else to speak to respawn about this issue as my main account I have pumped money into and it’s pretty annoying that I can’t use it.

Is your PSN account linked to the same EA Account as your Xbox account?

If they aren't linked to the same EA Account then that means the progress you made on your Xbox account is stored on a different EA account than the progress you made on your PSN account.
Currently there is no way to merge data between 2 different EA Accounts, so if it's the case where your PSN and Xbox accounts are linked to 2 different EA Accounts, there would be no way to merge the data together.
You can unlink and relink your PSN account to the EA account your Xbox Account is connected to, but this will not bring over any progress you made on PSN. So if you simply want to be able to access your progress that you made on Xbox via that PSN account, it would be a viable solution.
