@hayhor as I said I get that and I get why people wouldn't like that type of game, matter of taste and preference.

Some like badges, crazy kills, slicing through weaker lobbies, hacking.
Some like to grind, train daily, analyze game demos, come up with tactics to improve and work their * of till it is perfected or you hit the wall.

Clearly from this forum's posts and my experience so far in Apex most of the community likes the first and thus the game is at it is with its pros and *. Yet it is suprising to me that the same people who like slicing throuhg lobbies worship (quite often) and reference ALGS or pro players playing in it... a bit contradicting if you ask me, but that's another story.

@Eshshshss Badges mean nothing to me. I use nessy badges. I like having fun. This means different things at different times. I like a balanced game. This means a good mix of fighting with play that makes sense.

@hayhor I guess that's why I have not seen (so far) screens like Cheeseman's from your side here, or my memory is not working well 🙂

Not sure what you mean by the mentioned mix but for me a good ranked game is when you utilize your tactics, mechanical skills and communication to convert fights vs weaker/similarly skilled players into KP, and at the same time be smart enough not to fall quickly to the hands of better players in the lobby to get higher placement, increase a chance of them wiping each other out and then aiming for a win in competition again with similarly skilled squads.
That's your typical 2-5 kill / assist game with ~2k damage and high placement to be around +100 RP in Diamonds.

At least that's how play the game.
