I See Camping is Making a Comeback
Multiple times tonight I've been ambushed by camping teams. That were all packing R301s. When the heck did this start being a thing again?

If our team is rotating and there is a natural choke point that will force those behind us through it with the ring forcing them there soon we will totally setup an ambush. Why wouldn't we?
@RockDokRockWasn't a choke point either time. 1 was hiding in Humbert Labs by a Replicator waiting for someone to come along. Luckily I heard them before hand so I knew someone was in the area. Also being Loba helped me jump away quickly after crafting my team.
Another was near Humbert on the other side of a wall in a building & came out when I just respawned the team.
No I have not ran into campers in quite a while in this game. But the while team having R301s just makes it worse when they're all firing at you.

Ambushing people that are at replicators or at respawn beacons is great. If they are too occupied with replicating or respawning and not being aware of the danger that poses than that is their problem.
kinda like zebras at a watering hole, why do think Lions hang out near the water ……..meal time!!!
- @Asmodeus566 Waiting near a replicator for the chance at 1 or 2 kills just seems like a very low reward for the amount of time you might have to wait for someone to come by. Now if it's a long distance Marksmen or sniper I could see that.
