I should be able to pick my legend right?

Since the Genesis event, around 1/3 of my games I can't even pick a legend during the character select screen. I can pre-select my legend in the lobby but if my squadmate picked my legend, I would be...

@MrCarri-X The legend animation is laggy when I switch the mode to rank like it is in a different server. This game definitely needs a lot of polish. How about EA use some of that 1 Billion dollar earnings to hire more people to help Respawn.

Is Respawn being spread too thin? They also just made a Medal of Honor and Star Wars game. I know that they have different teams but is it a good idea just to have a singular game studio just work on Apex?

Just played for 3 hours today. 90% of my games are like this now. Super annoying.
