"I have been playing this game since February 5th 2019 on PS4 and recently a brand new PC for Christmas."
With "brand new" do you mean this for every part? Or is it possible you have any 2nd hand PC components that were bought from online marketplaces such as ebay?
There are a lot of PC components on sale from folks who received HWID banns for aimbotting that will trigger a warning to the anti cheat software.
@WingmannedbroYes, it is a brand new PC. I specifically picked all the parts and even has my username on the casing. It's from iBuyPower. Took literally almost a month to get to me.
I'm currently playing Fortnite, Battlefield and COD: Modern Warfare and still destroying everyone. And I'm not even banned. Literally playing LoL right now(waiting for my friends to start) and I'm just killing it out here.
Gaming is my life, why would I cheat? In fact, why would I even cheat on my main account? It's the same email I use for all my games I play on PC and PS4. It makes zero sense to even cheat on it. And seeing how Ninja recently got banned on Apex for whatever reason. I'm not shocked this happened to me.
Edit: I just remembered that Battlefield is literally from EA. And I'm over here playing Battlefield 4 and 5 with 40-50 kills on a good game getting Top 1 on my team most of the time. How is it that I'm not even banned on those games from the same company. Yet, when I'm playing Apex Legends using my same skills, I'm banned on that game?
I have no idea what they are doing over there thinking it was a good move to green light banned me. ugh. Just irritated right now tbh. I don't even want to turn on my PS4 to try to see if I can play there. At least I'm still playing Battlefield quite well and making the other team rage...

If your PC is brandnew that rules out any HWID bann triggers (some other posts cropped up here from folks who bought a 2nd hand GPU)
Seems Apex really has an issue with incorrect banns on accounts, you're far from the only one who has reported this here. Unfortunately this is only a community forum and we can't really do anything other than advise people to be cautious when buying 2nd hand PC parts that seem to go for prices that are too good to be true.
It's likely that one of the EA forum mods will reply here soon, they may help you out with something, they're pretty good folk out here. Hope they can rectify your issue soon tho.
But hey, at least your new PC account didn't have 700 worth of skins on it right? I know for a fact that EAC does have an algorithm in place that has blocked new account creations, perhaps against smurfing or something else and figures of it's activity were released a few months back in the summer. It's likely that the incorrect bann has literally nothing to do with your games or use of controller in the first place.
Hang tight.

I made an appeal on why I got banned to them a few days ago. This is what I was given.
"Hello,
We noticed that your EA account broke EA’s gameplay rules.
Because your account was cheating, we’ve permanently blocked your access to Apex Legends’ online features.
• Read up on how to play by the rules at (link)
• Review our full user agreement. This is what you agree to when you play EA games or use EA Services:
What this means
When we talk about cheating, we mean things like using external tools, performing in-game exploits, or abusing glitches or bugs."Yet, I'm on a new account doing the same thing using a controller on PC, having to go to Task Manager to delete "Lighting Service(32)" otherwise the game will crash for "violation of a software". And everything seems to be fine. I have the 4k damage badge with Bangalore (18 kills rip) with the new account and my name is "Bannd4Being2Good".
So far, nothing has happened to that account and I'm still currently playing the game just fine. Level 27 right now, even though Apex Tracker shows me at level 8.
I just re-read that email and I think Razer's mouse RGB program called "Razer Synapse" got me banned because of LightingService(32 bit) that crashes the game. And so the EAC thinks I'm trying to use a 3rd party software tool to cheat in the game... Do you think that could be the root cause of it all? Seems more plausible. Every time I open the game, I keep forgetting to delete it. So the game crashes, I delete LightingService (32 bit) and reopen the game. Then, I'm able to play perfectly fine.

Could that really be the case tho? Easy Anti Cheat has a whitelist for allowed software that their algorithms can identify and do not trigger any flags made against an account.
I'm having a hard time imagining that Razer Synapse is not whitelisted since this software has been around for many years now.
I doubt using a Razer Naga is considered cheating.
