i have the same exact reply from ToS just like that, but different case. i Think they didnt check completly into the matter that we said. i bring the evidence, even the ip logged in different region ( hacker ), still nothing. Two full Investigation sounds like template answer from ToS. 5 years grinding, 2 heirloom, gone

if you notice, i create new id, play ranked, and there is soooo many new account, level 25-80 (tier 1, below 500 ) in the game, Gold-plat lobby. i Dont know, i think they banned everyone or many new user?

download your account data it will show ips of logins and it will tell you what you ban was for. mine says i was aim snapping on xbox but i dont have an xbox xD
