I won a game in apex but it didnt count!

I won a game of apex and when we wanted to go to the lobby to claim our reward we got an error and when we checked we didnt get any xp and in my stats it still said 1 win even tho that was my 2nd win...

It can happen for the stats to update with a delay, sometimes only after restarting Apex / Origin. From my limited understanding, there are both a local save and a cloud save for the account, these can get desynchronized sometimes (due to game errors, network issues, etc.).

@DoYaSeeMe I had games with multiple kills and my kdr stats didn't change. The number of kills didn't change. I can't remember if it was still in season 7 or season 8. I don't follow stats closely but do you think those numbers could update with a delay?

@NolanGraysonnn Yes, there can be delays. It happened to me a number of times, including a few days ago, when I didn't get a kill, but which got added by the next run of the game.
