    @bo66i Correct, there is nothing you can do unfortunately. Just make sure you choose the right one with your next heirloom shards.

@Asmodeus566 No but I already asked them and they said to come here but please because I got it when I was kinda new to the game and didn’t know much or what to get and then I accidentally bought bloodhound please ea find away because someone it is possible to get a refund just please it is all I want

Here on the forum we cannot help with account related issues like purchases, suspensions, bans etc. 

EA costumer support/sale's would be who you need to contact.
