If you already own a Legendary skin is the store exclusive accessible?
Say I were to get enough crafting materials to get imperial warrior skin for Bloodhound. Would I be able to unlock the ghost skin for her/him in the store? Or do I have to buy imperial warrior in the store as well to get ghost skin

Can confirm. Previous to this rotation of cosmetics I was lucky enough to unlock the "base" skin for the G7 Scout and was subsequently able to purchase the "dependent" skin with the Legend currency.
