@DarthValtrex You don’t have to sit the whole time xD. Just stand. Besides, if you have a 24h chair (I think you know the chair sit recommendation value like 6-hour, 12-hour & 24-hour chairs but still gonna mention it for others...) you can sit comfortably for 24 hours on end as they are high intensive sitting chairs that are usually in some shape or form ergonomic.

I have a DXRacer office chair (rated 24-hour office chair) in my bedroom where I can sit comfortably for 18 hours without much fussing, but on my DXRacer gaming chair (rated 12-hour (office) chair), after couple hours it’s not the best to sit in.
