I'm a solo queue diamond 4, going into games with up to around 15 predators

Yeah, literally made a post showing that in most of my lobbies, I get newbies, smurfs, 3 stacks, preds and even hackers all at once. 

How is someone new, someone who just plays for fun, supposed to learn and get enjoyment out of the game when they get lasered across the map ('' I guess you should've been better, kid. Next time, counter the 2 tap Mastiff on you by killing me, and my pred friends who aped on you, first. Loser.'')
