Implement input based matchmaking to avoid balancing issues (tap strafing)

Input based matchmaking is the first thing I thought of when Respawn announced they would be removing tap strafing. If controller players can't tap strafe then take them out of the equation. Let mkb ...

@rperry2424 I hope they separate the inputs as well so every MKB player who cries about aim assist still gets their * kicked even without going against controllers. Maybe they’ll realize they just aren’t very good at the game.

@lightning_5o They'll probably blame the servers, "cheaters", three stacking preds, smurfs, a particular legend's tactical and any other reason rather than blaming themselves.

Playing with an automated aim and talking about others being bad is a bit eeh.

  @NitromethaneAP Comparing aim assist to aim bot just shows how ignorant you are. Aim assist doesn't give controller players an advantage it gives them a fighting chance in pc lobbies. Mkb is superior to controllers in everyway except close quarters combat. Even in close quarters the aim assist on pc is not that strong and still heavily relies on the players individual skill.
