Implement leave penalties or give us solo mode.

@IDTAKEN192000 People leave before dying just to keep their KD high. This really needs to change. You leave a game you started, that is a death.

@hayhor is that really still a thing though? Like I 100% could've sworn that during Pre-season they patched that out, expressly because people would drop Skulltown to farm kills, then leave before they died.

@pastaclown It seems like it. I've asked randoms and it is what they tell me. They get downed and quit faster than anything I've ever seen.
