In Game Report Feature Needed

As for in-game report feature they plan on adding it already whether at the start of season 1 or later into it. Depends how fast they can get a proper one functioning.

As far as griefing, they don't and probably won't bother going through a crap tons of reports for things like that. Although they may be annoying some people are new and some people are just children who hardly know how to play and so for them to review each case individually to make a justified ban happen would take WAY too much time. This happens in every game so it's something people typically have to deal with regardless. And it's hard to tell if they actually intentionally did something unless they review the whole video up to that point because those mechanics are all IN the game so nothing would stand out in terms of changes in the system. Where as hacks for example hitting at near 100% accuracy and tons of HS's are easier to detect and catch and probably more worth investing time into. 

After all people who just grief and do things like that won't stick around the game for long because their obviously already bored. To play a game just to die and lose seems a silly waste of time. So eventually they'll move off the game on their own time anyway. 

My advice for now is when you find a decent squadmate add them to your friends list and do that with as many people as possible til you can get a decent group going amongst yourself.
