This would be good even if you was just looking for casual squads to have a laugh with too to be honest.
All for this idea.
Xbox lets you create looking for groups, which comes in handy. You have the option to browse current posts or make your own. Similar system for PC would go a long way.
I would make sure players have the option to look at players stats.
