Incorrect or Missing Ranked Reward Badge

I ranked #311 Pred on Xbox Series X in the second split on worlds edge in season 13 only to log on for my rewards and find that I have the Master badge from season 13 instead when I should have the pred badge but not animated. I had 23,034 RP while entry was 22,080 RP on Xbox. Is there anything I can do to fix this and yes I restarted my game. I am only missing the Pred Badge by the way I have all other predator rewards including the trail, holo spray, and gun charm. I just dont have my 1 split pred badge.

@AztecCataclysm Be sure to completely close out of the game, for Series X make sure it's not in the quick resume either. Then restart your console and go back into Apex to confirm if the badge is missing.

  Hi, I have done this completely closed out of the game and reset and I still have a static master badge when I should have a static pred badge. I have all other pred rewards besides the badge. I can confirm my pred badge is missing. I was #311 Pred too, so there is no way I demoted to master either.

    I have had the same issue. I was #164 pretty much the whole time and I never received anything besides masters. It pisses me off.
