Ingame groups network system?

Dear Respawn and the community why have we not got a way to find other players to group up with before a game so that we don't have to be put with two random teammates who will not help in anyway e.g...

@AimlessMitewould love to see this too, also, the ability to join a clan or a group or something, so casual players will feel like they are a part of something when they play and not abandon a match like they don't care at all. But maybe these features not gonna come anytime soon, maybe season 3.
