Not sure how many people are getting this and what platforms , or wether this has already been brought up but I play on PS4 and me and my buddies have constantly got this buzzing sound in the background, sounds like electrical interference or something.
Obviously not a major impact , but annoying nonetheless and shouldn’t be there . Not sure what’s causing it cause it happens regardless of using a headset , and both in and out of party chat ..
@MassiveVernonSo I tried several towers but didn’t get the buzzing... so maybe set conditions must be adhered to to make it happen or it just happens randomly... but I know it’s connected to charge towers! I just cant prove it ☹️ I failed. Would’ve done some more testing but the teammates have driven me nuts again and I had to stop before I’d turn into the Hulk again... xD
What I checked is:
Activating one and moving
Activating and shortly shooting ppl
Checked the one at Salvage & near Repulsor...
I did discover one thing tho. At least as revenant if you put down your totem and use a charge tower immediately thereafter, the ult button will keep glowing like your totem is still active.
What I did not check was if it’d turn to normal after setting up another totem or if you’d have infinite totems or if you could not use your ult at all (teammates annoyed me so I left...)
so possible checks:
1) shoot (enemy) while standing on the thing
2) letting an enemy use a tower while you’re close but not on platform
3) letting a teammate do the above thing
4) shooting an enemy while not standing on platform...
I think it’s number 2 as I’ve not much stood on the thing to activate it...
That buzzing noise drives me crazy. They need to hurry up with the fix for it. Plus ever since the season 5 update was installed the servers have been nearly unplayable sometimes. The lag is horrendous on top of the stupid no reg issue on shots. .
