Invisible people! Bug or cheat?

Im shooting wraith, and suddenly lifeline spawns in front of me and shoot crap out of me with eva8! It wasnt first time, once before too some invisible people was shooting around. Bug?

@Srksii I just wanted to mention it happened to a friend too. He said "Bro, Bangalore was invisible for me". Now, I can't tell if you and him just didn't see them coming or something, but here was my 2 cents on the matter.
