Irregular activity

I submitted a ticket because my account no longer has the in-game chat option after the last update.  Received an email back saying I had irregular activity and they sent me a link to call by phone. ...

This really isn't something support can help with. While matchmaking does its best to match you with players of similar skill, it doesn't always work out that way. We definitely appreciate the feedback though.

Thanks for letting me know. I still can't contact support, so I'm still kinda stuck their. The links I'm being sent don't work. Is it possible for the support team to treat my account as normal.

    There is nothing wrong with your account. This isn't something support can help with as it comes down to matchmaking and player skill.

    This link sends me to make a new case, the problem is that when I make a new case, I get the email saying irregular activity and we cannot help you bull-fish, so it's like a loop with no way out.

    I got the email again after using this link. I only have the option ti send an email which means that no one look sat my cases.
