Is Controller Aim Assist Identical on PC and Consoles?

Title says it all. I generally play on PS4, but occasionally hop onto PC with people I know.  I'd love to know if the game controls identically on Console and PC with a controller.  I can't seem to ...

Dude this is exactly what I was wondering too. I play controller on both pc and ps4 but I feel like the aim assist is stronger on ps4 coz I can't seem to track people as well on PC than I do on PS4. If someone could answer this that would be great!
