Is 'False Reporting' an offense?

@ItsYaBoiWulf I'm not sure but the anti recoil mods are fairly easy to identify. The people using them have 0 recoil on every gun every shot.

Even the highest skill players get some recoil movement. It's not much you'll occasionally see it. Some even use the recoil to land headshots.
