Is there a way to mute while dead?

Playing on Xbox and have never been able to mute my teammates after dead/while spectating. I soloq and most people don't talk anyways, but on occasion 2/3 of us die and someone begins the * talking. Can't leave because of penalty, can't mute because normal squad tab gone, or I just have to mute my TV. Am I missing the way to mute from spectator screen https://omegle.onl/  https://vshare.onl/
