Is this game really a team based game?

The game is extremely demanding and sensitive to team play. Its also sensitive to the way players play the game. Someone push, the two others are scared. The two fail to capitalize on the damage done by their teammate and its 2 vs 3. Someone on the team likes to snipe, the two others push, suddenly its the one alone vs 3 almost fully healed enemies. If youre slightly bad or make a slightly bad choice of play your team may lose the fight. Then you have very bad players that dominate the player pool and youre matched with them and it makes for a very uninteresting experience. Its babysitter Lifeline the whole round. At least thats how I feel. So many bad players that dont belong in this game because its too demanding.
