Is your performance affected by the map you're playing?

I feel like playing on a map i really dislike (or hate) makes me play worse, while when i play WE for example (which i like a lot) usually my results are better. Is it just me or you guys feel the sa...

But yea, I honestly couldn't tell you how many times I've fallen off that dang map. My buddies have gotten used to it, at this point. I don't just walk off the map though. It's the edges that have barriers. I tend to jump blindly over those, assuming there is solid ground on the other side. Sadly, frequently, there is not. It's understood that if we are on Olympus, and I go silent in the party chat... Someone needs to grab my beacon, Lmao

Sad to say I have succumbed to gravity a few times myself and it will probably happen in the future at some point as well.

  @Asmodeus566 I'm just glad I'm not the only one! Luckily, my gravity deficiency seems to be limited to video games, and has not translated to the real world. Bottomless maps have always been my enemy. I have plenty of memories of falling off of Lockout and Guardian back in the Halo heyday, haha

    That is one of the reasons I do not like Olympus.
    When it happens and your are playing with friends although embarrassing we all get a laugh out of it.
    When playing with Randoms, in ranked, before the fall your hear nothing, microphones not working, after Gravity takes affect all of a sudden Microphones start to work. I wonder if there is a correlation or a Microphone-Gravity equivalency.
