Did your mouse come with any kind of software? If it did you could check the settings to see how the buttons are bound.
A longshot but do you have any other peripherals connected such as a console controller?
mouse is just usb mouse and no software came with. No other peripherals connected. I will probably wait until new game modes come out to see if any change. After trying 2 computers and 2 different mouses it seems to continue to happen

try Spybot AND Malwarebyte's, you probably have any malware. also CCleaner.
as IT i don't see any other causes if you tryed to change the mouseEdit: it don't have to be related to Apex itself, but causes clicks happen randomly

Just a suggestion but you could try restoring your key binds to default just to make sure they are default. Sorry for the lame suggestion, I'm sure you've already tried this.

This is a rare bug. I got it too. The bug where one of your weapons is stuck shooting and if you change weapon, your other weapon works normally. The fix is to drop the weapon having problems and pick it up again.
