I've had 2 or 3 people really going mental at me in matches. Plus lots of other people generally raging.
In one match I was playing Pathfinder. We were the last 2 squads. I didn't know exactly where the enemy was. When a teammate was downed over a bridge I assumed the enemy was there. My 2 teammates were a duo using a voice app. One of them started going ballistic at me telling me to deploy my zipline but I had no idea where he meant as he didn't ping it. I ziplined across the bridge thinking the enemy must be there. The teammate then started pinging the top of the wall next to us and by now he was going absolutely crazy. My zipline was now on cooldown. We were now 2 vs 1. My zipline came off CD and I realised the enemy was on the high wall right next to us and I deployed my zipline as tactically as I could to the top of the wall. I went up and lost a 1 vs 1 with the last enemy. My teammate who was dead was now in complete and utter meltdown. It was now a 1 vs 1 for the win. It came down to a very small last circle and the enemy jumped down from the wall into it and luckily, after a long duel, we won.
As a massively experienced gamer I would say that, from personal experience, outbursts of anger come from anxiety. The anxiety is caused by playing the game. It draws it out of you and amplifies it. Eventually you'll learn to control it but it takes an ocean of hours to do. It can be avoided by playing less and by not taking the game so seriously.
