I've got banned

My ID is 'nowheretostay'
I've got banned recently, but I have't done any cheat.

I feel unfair, so I want to know the reason why my account is banned.
please tell me the something valid or unban my account as soon as you can.
Although I sent emails several times, there isn't response at all.

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. If you've already sent several emails to our terms of service team, then you'll just need to wait for them to get back to you. You can see the status of your cases here.

@EA_QueenBee I followed the link you'd sent, but I couldn't find any cases about my claim.
Apparently, I've sent emails several times.
So, what I have to do? just wait for silence?

If you don't see any cases there, try sending one directly through the first link I shared above. Make sure you're signed in on the right account when you do so.
