Kill Cam Reliability

Is the kill cam reliable as evidence of cheating?

It feels to me that is laggy and unaccurate. 
I did upload a clip on this video.

the player get killed and on killcam seems the shots are not on the proper position, like late or misplace.

is that a soft aimbot or is just a netcode/killcam problem.

ando is valid to point out, pathfinder is 20ping on SA server. but Catalist is 150 ping, playing sa server but based on USA.

I appreciate all valid input on this, because is hanging on ballance for banning or not a player from our discord, and we truing to be honest with it.

    @Whatta_Fuse Yeah, I have had discrepancies with kill cam versus what I remember happening too. For instance there are times I was jumping and strafing to avoid shots while shooting back myself, and the kill cam just showed me standing there still. I too wonder if it might be a sync or network issue.

    Ive noticed a fair few descrepancies on the death cam. I had put it down to ping/lag differences.

    As an example, I imagine it gives a server record of the interaction that happened at the server, someone playing on a 25 wired connection ping would have a different pervceived outcome to an interaction between us vs my 67 or upwards mobile wifi ping or lag.

    Ive played on a wired ping and theres a world of difference. 

    I would be careful judging someone on the kill cam.
