Kill cap on ranked is way too low

@BaldWraithSimp I dunno about getting rid of tier demotion protection. I know I'll rage more if I JUST made it into diamond or even Plat only to hot drop and immediately die.

Teammate hot drops while I have demotion protection "ah annoying but whatever."

Teammate hot dropping with demotion protection and I'm venting.

Multiple games where teammates stupidly push fights while I repeatedly ping "I need ammo" and there'll be a few more holes in my wall.

@Zamaha400 If you can't handle fights in Plat or diamond you deserve to go down. I am tired of getting matched with Plat IV who are so useless, you would understand if you were solo queue player.
