Lag and freezing in PS4 console. Unplayable. Refund

My game is still unplayable. It lags (approx 2fps) freezes crashes and has wiped out my library 3 times. I have had to use the gallery for back up. I have almost all the packs so I have a lot investe...

It has always been laggy and takes approx 15 minutes from start up to loading the game but it became unplayable after purchasing high school years and is worse after updates and the free kit.

  @Corabelredhead Are you talking about Apex Legends, or a different game? I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "purchasing high school years" and the "free kit"
