Lag and freezing in PS4 console. Unplayable. Refund

My game is still unplayable. It lags (approx 2fps) freezes crashes and has wiped out my library 3 times. I have had to use the gallery for back up. I have almost all the packs so I have a lot investe...

@Corabelredhead it seems to be a hardware issue, Apex graphics are becoming better and old consoles struggle to handle it.
