Lag and freezing in PS4 console. Unplayable. Refund

Sadly enough I'm not well versed enough with consoles to troubleshoot, though I hope someone else is able to do that.

I personally think it's unlikely that they'll grant a refund for this exact reason, though it's always good to try.
