Language Option Apex Legends PC

Hello. I recently back at apex. 

I used to play on a Laptop but my laptop is broken so I stop for few years. 

Finally got money and build a PC instead. 

I'm excited to play apex, I download it right away. 

But when I open the game it show me an error pop up said something like this 

"Audio/ship/general_Japanese.mstr failed to bla bla bla"

I realized that I used to play apex with English UI but Japanese VO. Which it is set by adding some command on launch option back then. 

I try to set it back to normal, but now apex use EA launcher not origin anymore, the setting are different. 

Any help? Thanks.
