I feel like they are going out of their way in trying to balance the game by nerfs and boosts to guns, instead of just fixing RNG, i.e. the fact that often enough players do not find even a p2020. It happens often enough that all i get are attachments, no shields and no guns.
But yeah, let's remove hammer point and skull piercers, something most of the times you could not find anyway and anywhere.
