Wattson is French, from her accent and using French words.

Octane is Mexican.

Gibraltar as per the wiki he have features from the pacific ocean islands.

As far as Nationalities go, Wraith, Bangalore, Caustic, and Mirage are American. Pathfinder’s accent is also clearly American. 

Lifeline is from the Caribbean, most likely Jamaica. 

Gibraltar is almost certainly of native New Zealand descent, since his animations obviously favor Maori Warriors. So ultimately he’s Polynesian. 

The rest are accurate.
