Let players get heirloom for free
I always wondered that why don't you let players get a heirloom at level 10 or level 100 because players are wanting a heirloom at level 100 even tho they didn't get one is uggest you let players get...

Both level 10 and level 100 are way too early to be deserving of heirlooms. I think level 500 is fair, however EA will never do that, because it’s EA, and they like money. They would rather incentivize you paying your way into getting it.
