@rockyboy1998no one had an issue with her shield except for the so-called pro players, as @RockDokRock said it's hard enough playing lifeline but they gave her the ability to revive two downed teammates in exchange for a very slow animation which is basically a death sentence in CQC.
also with DOC healing, even when they made deploying the DOC animation a little bit faster but it's still a disadvantage using it.
yesterday, one of my friends asked why am torturing myself by playing lifeline as my main.
he died and I took his banner then all of the three squads in the area were after me with no way to run or hide, no ability to evade or defend myself.
if it was octane then I could just padded away and that's it
@maximas1986 Totally agree. I am so sick of "PrOs" and "CoNtEnT cReAtOrS" dictating it to the rest of us. 99% of what they experience and * about really does not apply to the rank and file Apex players. Total garbage they get the attention they do.
In ALGS there was still no room for Lifeline with auto-revive + shield. Why would you pick her anyway when Gibby can do the same in a fully covering dome, combined with him actually having an ult, a tac, and 2-3 additional passives. 😒

@RockDokRockHonestly, I don't feel Lifeline shield-gate was really the pros and CC's doing, it was actually more like average players moaning about it constantly. Even here there was a new thread about it every day.

Many legend abilities are complained about because people refuse to change tactics or deal with the new situation. It's true there are some OP legends (Seer on Day 1) but sometimes it just shakes things up or forces you to do something different. People don't like having to think or not just go in guns blazing. It seems all too often legends get nerfed because of that when it wasn't really warranted.
I've seen articles on wanting to nerf or even get rid of the Kraber completely recently. Again, totally disagree as it's fine. It's super rare. It's good fun to use and, I get it, it sucks to get "Krabered" (happened to me last night in final squad fight). It happens. Onto the next game. It's in the loot pool and everyone can potentially get it so I don't see the issue.
Put it in Arenas... I might play that :-P

@RockDokRockIn general, yeah. Sometimes I agree with them though, other times I don't. Seer was dumb on release. That one time I think almost everyone was on the same page, pros and average players alike.
Yeah, the Kraber in comp is the main complaint atm. I understand what they mean, but on the other hand I'm like... it's a rng BR game. If you want everyone to load up with a set pool of weapons every round, why are you not a CS pro instead? We all know it's there, it's a fairly high-skill weapon, and... stop peeking if there's one in play? But yeah, as I said, for comp I get it, like I get the gold knockdown shield moaning.
