Lobby Gun Range, “Auto-Queue”, and Spectate Friends Features

Hello friends!

Here I present to you a few amazing in game features I would love to see implemented in the near future to improve the game overall!

Now before we get started, I’d like to say that Apex Legends is an amazingly fast paced game. The gameplay is addicting and refreshing. You almost never wanna be outta the game but sometimes, you die. And dying is not fun. Neither is waiting to load back into the lobby.

• Introducing a new feature, “Auto-Queue”. At the death screen, there is an option for the Host to either queue for another match, or back out to main lobby. Implementing this eliminates the extra time spent out of the game. (Rocket league executes this perfectly.)

Apex Legends relies on you to keep your aim steady, and on target. I hear many people ask how to improve your aim. Recoil control and compensation.How do we implement this into quick training and practices?

• In lobby gun range! Say you join your friend’s lobby and he/she is in a match. Now you gotta sit there and wait, twiddling your thumbs, waiting patiently. “How long is this gonna take?”, you ask. As the dread of waiting to go in game sets in. “Shoo let me hit the gun range real quick” as you are excited to start shooting targets to get warmed up. But then you gotta leave the lobby and go into training mode. And then by the time you’re back, they’re in another match. Booo. Let us have a feature where you can quick load a gun range while still remaining in the party. While you hone your skills and warm up, a notification will pop up when your teammates have returned to the lobby. Giving you an option of either staying in training or join back into the lobby to play the next match with your squad. Nothing sucks more than having your aim out of practice when you first start playing.

You want to stay in the action. But when you’re in the lobby, you’re doing the opposite. Is your friend in a game while you wait for them to finish? Why not this:

• Spectate your friends while in lobby! Hover your cursor over their name(s) and click spectate. Now you can watch your friends play while you wait for them to either die, or take home the championship! 

Conclusion: Add spectate friend feature, add in lobby gun range, and last but not least “Auto-queue” feature where you can start right back in the action! After picking your legends of course.
